The program will include sessions on CFHT and Maunakea updates, science highlights and Large Programs presentations, community astronomy, new technical capabilities, and contributed talks. Submissions for talks and posters are welcome for any of the sessions.
We are especially excited to include in the program sessions and in-depth discussions that will inform the design and implementation of our Community Survey, which will serve the widest possible community of CFHT users, and have a significant scientific impact and/or legacy value. This community-led survey could be started as early as 2027 or 2028 and use an allocation of between 800 and 1400 nights over up to 5 years.
The recording and slides for the online meeting that was held on February 27 in preparation for this Community Survey are available on the Community Survey page.
The table below presents an overview of the program, with approximate
start and end times for each day.
