The current status of the Observatory

Abstract: This presentation will describe the current status of the CFHT Corporation seen from a Service Provider%92s perspective, with the users%92 satisfaction in mind. In this context, constraints on budget, staffing and operations will be examined. The various metrics used to assess the quality of the services will be outlined. The ongoing and planned activities will be presented, with their consequences on the quality of the data products and the overall efficiency of the Observatory.
