 * Determine what it will take to get to PDR, schedule/cost
 * Agree on how to manage this effort
* Develop Proposal to Board:  Costing of Phase A work, Define what they will get.

PART II - DEFINING THE ROLES OF TEAM MEMBERS -

   * The goal is to form the team best able to bring IMAKA to PDR.  To do so we need 
     to understand what the strengths of everyone is.  Each team will present what they 
     bring to the project (team/resources/experience/interests).  They should highlight: 
     (1) the experience of the available team, (2) present existing designs that 
     they have that are relevant to IMAKA, and (3) the scope of work to bring these designs 
     to PDR for IMAKA.
     ** This should include _estimates_ scope/deliverables, schedules, and costs for Phase A.
     ** If possible estimate ROM cost for instrument.
